COMPLETED PROJECTS
The Adly Mansour Hub project includes several execution works for a group of companies and clients during the years 2020–2022:
- In 2020, we executed Super Jet Station shades works valued at 3.6 million for the Arab Contractors & Orascom Construction JV.
- In 2021, we carried out masonry, plaster, and painting works valued at 120,000, in addition to ceramic and marble works for Super Jet Station valued at 2.3 million for Orascom.
We also executed supply and installation of rain gutters valued at 2.9 million for OMSI, along with supply and installation of marble works valued at 443,973 for the Arab Contractors & Orascom Construction JV.
- In 2022, we carried out mosaic tiles for the fountain, marble, Secorit, and stainless steel for Super Jet Station counter works valued at 610,000 for Arab Contractors & Orascom Construction JV.
- We also executed metal work for the facades of Adly Mansour Station valued at 400,000, in addition to HPL installation for Super Jet Station valued at 180,000 for Qualimetal.
During 2018, we carried out excavation, backfilling, and soil replacement at the central depot (DEPO) valued at 9.3 million for Arab Contractors.
We also executed backfilling works for finishes above Gesr Al Suez Street Bridge valued at 560,000 for ETF, ensuring the completion of finishes according to the highest quality standards.
The project was executed for the Egyptian-French JV (VINCI) as part of Phase 3 of Greater Cairo Metro Line 3, covering several key locations during 2021–2022.
At Cairo University Station, El Qawmeya Station, and the Viaduct, we carried out steel reinforcement handling and pile cap erection valued at 260,000.
At Ring Road Station, works included steel reinforcement handling and erection for platform metal deck slabs, roof box slabs, and beams, valued at 164,000.
At Rod El Farag Station, we executed steel reinforcement handling and erection for escalators, stairs, and firefighting tank walls valued at 66,000.
In the at-grade section, works involved steel reinforcement handling and wall erection valued at 21,000, ensuring full compliance with the highest civil engineering standards.
The project works were executed for the joint venture between Arab Contractors and Orascom Construction, covering several locations and scopes of work during 2017 and 2018.
In 2017, we carried out an integrated set of works on Gesr Al Suez Street, including mobilization of the JV premises valued at 2.00 million, supply and installation of metal fences and gates valued at 580,500, excavation, backfilling, and soil replacement works valued at 0.5 million, as well as supply and casting of ready-mix concrete valued at 552,500, and supply and masonry works valued at 420,000.
The works also included supply and installation of medium curbstones and interlock valued at 324,200, supply and installation of natural grass valued at 123,250, infrastructure works for sanitary and water supply networks valued at 101,620, in addition to electrical infrastructure works valued at 593,100, all carried out in accordance with the highest technical standards and approved specifications.
In 2018, Gesr Al Suez Street efficiency improvement works were executed from Hisham Barakat Station to Adly Mansour Station, valued at 660,000, contributing to improved road performance and surrounding infrastructure.
In 2015, all civil works for the two Alto Residences buildings within the Uptown Emaar Mokattam project were executed for ACC (Arabian Construction Company), with a project value of 6.00 million.
In 2013, all civil works for a commercial store in Mustard were completed for businessmen, with a value of 3.00 million.
The El Salam City Mall project was executed for businessmen in Shoubra El Khayma in 2012, with a project value of 25.00 million, covering all civil works.
The COPAM Office Building project was executed for COPAM Company in El Obour City in 2010, with a project value of 10.00 million, covering all civil works.
The COPAM Villa project was executed for COPAM Company in El Obour City in 2008, with a project value of 4.00 million, covering all civil works.
